Sunday

Aron had another good day..! Jac and i went to see him this afternoon, and we were able to talk to him and hold his hand. His ICP actually increased a little bit (still in the good range) while we were in the room so the nurse asked us to talk softer. His ICP came down shortly after we left. Aron's is showing small signs of improvements, today his eyes were dilating sluggishly, he had a gag reflex to a procedure to remove fluid to his lungs, and he best of all he had a reaction to a pain test. Aron is getting a lot of love right now thanks to all the friends and family for your thoughts and prayers. Aron would also want me to thank his students for all the letters and posters, Thanks Griffiths Middle School..!

Happy Fathers Day.....

Just as a father has compassion on his children, So the LORD has compassion on those who fear Him.(Psalm 103:13)

  10. I think some people are confused about what the "procedure" to remove fluids from lungs is... basically, when a person in on a ventilator... every few hours a respratory therapist (RT) comes in & passes a suction device down the breathing tube to pull any fluids or mucus out of the broncial passage... When they do this, the suction usually causes the person to gag & cough... my son use to do silent coughs (because you can't hear them when there's a tube in their mouth), and his eyes watered... all signs that the person is alive & responding normally.

    Aron, God is with you! Greater is He that is in you! God has good plans for you, to give you a future & a hope! (Jer 29:11) You will be out of that place & surfing again soon!!!! We are keeping our faith with you... full recovery!!! swift recovery, absolutely no complications. in Jesus name! God is faithful! :-) bless you guys!

  15. We at Long Beach Christian Center Church are holding you up in prayer. Every day the news of you responding to your mother the other day we rejoice with you all. Psalm 103:1O my soul, bless God.

    From head to toe, I’ll bless his holy name!

    2O my soul, bless God,

    don’t forget a single blessing!

    3He forgives your sins—every one.

    He heals your diseases—every one.

    4He redeems you from hell—saves your life!

    He crowns you with love and mercy—a paradise crown.

    5He wraps you in goodness—beauty eternal.

    He renews your youth—you’re always young in his presence.

    6God makes everything come out right;

    he puts victims back on their feet.

    7He showed Moses how he went about his work,

    opened up his plans to all Israel.

    8God is sheer mercy and grace;

    not easily angered, he’s rich in love.

    9He doesn’t endlessly nag and scold,

    nor hold grudges forever.

    10He doesn’t treat us as our sins deserve,

    nor pay us back in full for our wrongs.

    11As high as heaven is over the earth,

    so strong is his love to those who fear him.

    12And as far as sunrise is from sunset,

    he has separated us from our sins.

    13As parents feel for their children,

    God feels for those who fear him.

    14He knows us inside and out,

    keeps in mind that we’re made of mud.

    15Men and women don’t live very long;

    like wildflowers they spring up and blossom,

    16But a storm snuffs them out just as quickly,

    leaving nothing to show they were here.

    17God’s love, though, is ever and always,

    eternally present to all who fear him,

    Making everything right for them and their children

    18as they follow his Covenant ways

    and remember to do whatever he said.

    19God has set his throne in heaven;

    he rules over us all. He’s the King!

    20So bless God, you angels,

    ready and able to fly at his bidding,

    quick to hear and do what he says.

    21Bless God, all you armies of angels,

    alert to respond to whatever he wills.

    22Bless God, all creatures, wherever you are—

    everything and everyone made by God.

    And you, O my soul, bless God!
    God Bless Neal Adams
