Aron was strong through the night. His ICP (Inter cranial pressure) stayed low which is a good thing, but it is expected to fluctuate up and down as the brain continues to heal itself. Swelling is expected to peak between 3 and 5 days. So far there have been no major issues. Stay strong Aron our prayers are with you.
Thanks Jordan for keeping this blog! I just found out about it today. We love you Aron and are continually praying for you...to our good and faithful God!

Thank you so much for this blog Jordan. You don't know me, but I'm one of Aron's "Nova Bro's." He and his dad ran the PCH Cruise with us on May 22nd. They actually sat right across from me at the "destination" restaurant, Ruby's Diner, in Redondo Beach. He is constantly in my thoughts and prayers. Here is a link to what the "Nova Community" is thinking - http://www.stevesnovasite.com/forums/showthread.php?t=153664
ReplyDeleteThanks again and I also send my prayers and blessings on the entire family.

I put this up because people want to have information and having a website like this really helped my cousin and her husband when he was injured badly in a mountain biking accident.
ReplyDeletePlus we need Aron to read this stuff when he wakes up, he will know how much love his "people" have for him.

Our family has been praying for Aron. We do not know him, but go to church with his cousin, Brent Shubin, his wife Tracy and their two children. My Nephew, Michael Miles 29 yrs old had a skateboard accident two years ago April 1st. He went down an inclined street and hit a speed bump.(Also without a helmet). Unfortunately, his brain stem was not intact and he never came out of his coma. His mom (my sister) has also been praying for Aron and calls me every day to see how he is. We truly know what the family is going through and pray for Aron's full recovery and for his family.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing the info Jordan. We're all watching this very closely over at steve's nova site with lots of prayers and good thoughts being sent to Aron and you guys.
ReplyDeleteHang in there Aron, you have lots of people rooting for you! Best wishes you a speedy recovery.
Tim (the one with Aron's old wagon)
Hang in there Aron, much love from all of your Nova brothers in NorCal

Hello... I am so glad that this site is up for Aron. I really only know him through work, but almost every day we pull up at the same time, both drinking our large coffees. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to hearing his car behind me and walking towards the office together.
In my thoughts and prayers throughout the entire day. xoJulie
Thoughts and prayers are with Aron and his family!
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to seeing him pull up in the wagon at the shop again soon...

I appreciate so much that you put this blog up here. I am Aron's neighbor and have known him and his family for years. I barely found out about his condition today and I am shocked. He is such a strong person and I cannot believe this happened to him. I'm glad go hear that things are still going well. My thoughts and prayers go out to Aron, Tom, Jill, and Candace. If there is anything me or my family can do, please let us know; we're right next door.
ReplyDeleteLet's all hope for the best. Aron is very strong and I know he will make a full recover.
Love,
Holly and the Stafford family
